Síðastliðinn föstudag var opnað nýtt vöruhótel í Riga í Lettlandi. Byggingin er í eigu SMI. Jysk/Rúmtafalagerinn er þar m.a. með aðalvöruhótel sitt fyrir öll Eystrasaltslöndin. ARSO, ARKÍS vann frumhönnun þessa hús, sem síðan var boðið út í alverktöku og ARSO, HNIT sá um eftirlit með framkvæmdinni. Byggingin er um 52.000 m2 og með allra fullkomnustu vöruhótelum sem byggð eru.
A new warehouse-hotel opened last Friday in Riga in Lithuania. The building is owned by SMI. This is f. ex. Jysk - linen and furniture´s main warehouse for all the Balcan countries. ARSO, ARKÍS designed the building and ARSO, HNIT were the supervisors in the building stage. The building is 52.000 m2 and one of the most advanced warehousehotels in the world.
